Each facility provides explicit capacity, speed, information, access or presentation. No facility hides a race-stat bonus.
CONSTRUCTION STATE
A construction quote names the project, prerequisites, resources, duration, completion time, conflicts and resulting state before commitment.
GARAGE CAPACITY
Garage Bays and Owner Level unlock the right to construct each capacity milestone. Payment never bypasses the prerequisite or adds race capacity.
REMODELERS / TIME CREDIT
Bounded time credit may shorten approved waiting only after earned requirements. It cannot bypass levels, facilities, resources, eligibility, locks or competitive authority.
PRODUCTIVE WAITING
Repair, training, fabrication and construction may occupy an asset, driver, bay or Remodeler. They never lock the whole account.
