UTC CLOCK
ONE SCHEDULE. EVERY REGION.
Each Wave is anchored to UTC. The interface may translate it to local time, but registration, locking and settlement follow the server clock.

ENTRY ANATOMY
ONE SLOT. ONE LOCKED SNAPSHOT.
An entry records vehicle, driver, loadout, total Public Rating and optional presentation track. Watching later cannot change any input or result.
MATCHMAKING
MAXIMUM TOTAL SPREAD: 10.0.
Public Rating groups eligible lineups. Ownership value, spending, track familiarity, weather and presentation context do not influence official placement.
TRANSPARENT FILL
AI KEEPS THE BRACKET WHOLE.
Non-ownable AI fills empty positions so every Wave resolves the same bracket shape. It does not create a hidden opponent advantage.
RESULT / REPLAY
THE BROADCAST PRESENTS WHAT IS ALREADY OFFICIAL.
Registered, locked, computed, settled and replay-available are distinct states. Presentation never rerolls the result.
MODE BOUNDARY
DRAG ONLY IN ALPHA 1.2.
Sprint and Drift are not public playable modes in this release contract. Entry is free; there is no wager or paid race entry.
