How PSR Game handles your information.

Optional wallets and public company metadata

When you choose wallet sign-in or link a wallet, PSR records its public address, a time-limited sign-in challenge and verification result, its account link, and related security and session records. PSR does not request or store your wallet private key or recovery phrase. Wallet providers and Base process requests under their own policies.

If you select a wallet to receive company tokens, its address and token transactions become public on Base. Company token metadata publishes the company name, ticker, company ID, world, industry, operating and listing status, and dated public simulation metrics such as company cash, debt, valuation, monthly revenue and profit, reputation, and risk. It does not publish your account email, private Company Mail, personal credentials, employee payroll records, or private strategy inputs. Linking a wallet can allow others to associate its public transaction history with the company.

Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by PSR. Independent marketplaces and explorers may retain or cache public token metadata, even after its source changes. Game records remain subject to the retention and rights provisions below.

Scope and controller

This Privacy Policy applies to PSR Game websites, accounts, applications, Company Mail, the official PSR Discord server and app integration, game services, purchases, support, and related interactions. NyFTee.com is the controller or business responsible for determining how this information is used. This policy does not control independent websites or services you choose to visit, including PayPal’s checkout pages or Discord features outside the official PSR server and app integration.

Information you provide

• Account information: email address, founder/display name, password-derived hash, age and policy confirmations, and email-verification status.
• Profile and company content: business names, tickers, descriptions, logos, colors, custom branding, founder profile details, and other content you choose to create.
• Communications: Company Mail, player-to-player messages, support requests, reports, and correspondence with us.
• Discord linking: the immutable Discord user identifier, current Discord username and display metadata, link and revocation status, and the PSR company you select for server identity synchronization. PSR requests the Discord OAuth identify and guilds.join scopes for account linking and sign-in so it can verify or add your membership in the official PSR server. PSR does not retain the user access token after that identity and membership step.
• Purchase context: items or access selected, billing country or currency when supplied by the processor, transaction references, subscription status, and refund or dispute information.
• Requests: information you provide when exercising privacy rights, disputing a charge, reporting content, or requesting account assistance.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, bank credentials, government identifiers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through Company Mail or public company profiles.

Information collected automatically

• Device and connection data: IP address or privacy-protective hashes derived from it, browser type, operating system, user agent, device identifier, approximate region, request time, and security signals.
• Account and session data: session identifiers, login and logout times, verification and recovery events, failed attempts, session status, and fraud-prevention signals.
• Gameplay data: companies, decisions, transactions, orders, holdings, rankings, achievements, world membership, market activity, economic events, mail state, and gameplay history.
• Technical data: page requests, performance, errors, rate-limit events, crash information, and interactions needed to maintain and secure the Service.
• Discord integration records: signed interaction identifiers, command or component type, payload digest, resolved PSR authority, delivery outcome, role and nickname synchronization status, linked negotiation or business-event references, and sanitized error information. PSR does not ingest or mirror whole-server chat.
• Browser storage: an essential session cookie, interface preferences, theme choice, and a randomly generated device identifier. See the Cookie & Storage Policy.

Payment information

PayPal processes PSR Game subscriptions and applicable purchases. We may receive a PayPal payer or subscription reference, transaction identifier, event type, status, currency, gross amount, provider fee, net amount, refund amount, and timestamps. We use that information to grant access, maintain accounting records, prevent fraud, handle disputes, and display real-world revenue only inside the restricted operator console.

PSR does not receive or store your full payment-card number, bank-account credentials, or PayPal password. PayPal independently handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Custom logo review and reports

A submitted custom logo is stored in a private review area together with the company and account identifiers, original file name, file type, byte size, pixel dimensions, cryptographic content hash, rights and rules attestations, submission time, and review status. A human operator receives a short-lived private preview link. Only an approved copy is moved to the public company-logo area.

Logo reports record the reporting account, selected reason, optional factual detail, timing, and resolution. We use those records to prevent duplicate or coordinated reporting, temporarily hide heavily reported artwork, conduct human review, enforce the rules, and preserve an audit trail. We do not send uploaded logos to an outside AI image or moderation API.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Create, verify, secure, recover, and administer accounts.
• Operate the persistent world, markets, companies, rankings, Company Mail, purchases, and player-requested actions.
• Link an existing verified PSR account to Discord; provide optional Discord sign-in; synchronize verified-owner access and the selected company name; publish authoritative public business events; and route structured Discord requests to the same PSR authorization and transaction systems used by the game.
• Process subscriptions, confirm entitlement, reconcile payments, issue authorized refunds, and keep tax and accounting records.
• Detect connected-account abuse, manipulation, cheating, fraud, spam, harassment, security incidents, and violations of our rules.
• Send transactional messages such as verification, password reset, billing, service, security, and policy notices.
• Respond to support, legal, privacy, and content-moderation requests.
• Debug, measure, maintain, improve, and plan the Service.
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect players, PSR, and the public.

Legal bases where applicable

Where a law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform our contract with you; pursue legitimate interests in operating, improving, and protecting the Service; comply with legal obligations; protect vital interests; or act with your consent. You may withdraw consent for future processing when consent is the applicable basis, but this does not affect prior lawful processing or information required for account performance, security, or legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosures

We may provide limited information to vendors that perform services for PSR, including:

• PayPal: checkout, subscriptions, payment events, refunds, disputes, and fraud controls.
• Supabase: database, authentication-supporting records, Edge Functions, and server-side game services.
• Vercel: website and application hosting, delivery, logs, performance, and security.
• Cloudflare: human verification, traffic protection, DNS or security services used for PSR Game.
• Resend and related email infrastructure: account verification, password recovery, transactional mail, and service notices.
• Discord: optional identity verification and sign-in, the official community server, application commands, role and company-name synchronization, public game feeds, and authorized business or negotiation spaces. Discord independently processes account and server activity under its own terms and privacy policy.

Providers may process information only for contracted services, their security and legal obligations, or as otherwise disclosed in their own terms. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, auditors, insurers, authorities, or counterparties when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, claims, or a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale involving the Service.

Player-visible and shared-world information

Company names, tickers, logos, descriptions, founder display names, rankings, listed-company information, market actions, achievements, and selected historical events may be visible to other players because they are part of the shared world. Company Mail recipients can see the messages and sender identity presented to them. Do not place personal contact details or confidential information in public or player-visible fields.

On the official PSR Discord server, a linked player’s server nickname defaults to the selected company name. Verified company profiles, mergers and acquisitions, capital events, contract awards, and similar authoritative world records may be published to public reaction-only feeds. Reactions are community expression and never authorize, settle, or alter an in-game transaction. Authorized participants in a private business thread can see its messages and member identities.

Closed or deleted accounts may continue to appear through an anonymized founder label or archived company history when necessary to preserve legitimate market and transaction records.

No sale or targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not knowingly process personal information for targeted advertising or profile users for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant real-world effects.

If these practices change, we will update this policy and provide legally required choices before beginning the new practice.

Retention

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including:

• Account and game records while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to support recovery, integrity, and disputes.
• Payment, tax, refund, and accounting records for the period required by law and legitimate financial controls.
• Security, rate-limit, and anti-abuse evidence for periods proportionate to the threat and repeat-abuse risk.
• Company Mail and moderation records while needed to provide the feature, investigate reports, enforce rules, or comply with law.
• Discord account-link, interaction, delivery, role, nickname, moderation, and audit records while needed to operate the integration, protect accounts, resolve disputes, and enforce rules. Private PSR negotiation threads are scheduled to become read-only and archive after 90 days; necessary PSR transaction references and integrity records may be retained longer.
• Backup copies until they expire through normal backup rotation.

We may retain deidentified, aggregated, or anonymized information that can no longer reasonably identify you. Shared-ledger history may be anonymized instead of erased when removal would compromise other players’ records or anti-fraud controls.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the Service, including hashed passwords, secure session cookies, server-authoritative transactions, restricted operator roles, human verification, rate limits, append-only financial evidence where appropriate, access controls, and provider security features. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for using a unique password, protecting your email account and devices, signing out of shared devices, and promptly reporting suspected compromise.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Know whether we process personal information and obtain access to it.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete qualifying information.
• Receive certain information in a portable format.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where consent is the basis.
• Appeal a denied privacy request or complain to a data-protection authority.

Submit a request to admin@psrgame.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority, and we may still verify the player directly. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

United States state notices

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may request access, correction, deletion, or portability as applicable and may appeal a denied request by replying with “Privacy Appeal.” PSR does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising, so there is no applicable sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to process under our current practices.

We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information. In-game benefits, rankings, grants, and fictional economic outcomes are gameplay systems, not privacy-related financial incentives.

International users and transfers

PSR is operated from the United States. If you access the Service elsewhere, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. We use contractual, provider, and legal safeguards when required for restricted transfers.

Age restriction

PSR Game is limited to adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a person under 18 created an account, contact us so we can investigate and remove qualifying information.

Email and communications choices

Transactional account, security, billing, legal, and service messages are necessary to operate an account and may not include an unsubscribe option. If PSR later sends optional promotional email, it will include an unsubscribe method. Company Mail preferences affect in-game presentation but do not prevent messages required for world events, safety, or account administration. Discord linking is optional and may be removed from account security; unlinking revokes Discord-authenticated PSR sessions, while the PSR password and verified email remain the recovery method. Public world records already published may remain as historical simulation records.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service, providers, or laws change. The current version and effective date will remain posted here. We will provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Your continued use after the effective date is subject to the updated policy, except where law requires renewed consent.

Include enough detail for us to understand the request, but do not email passwords, full payment credentials, or unnecessary identification documents. If your jurisdiction gives you the right to contact a supervisory authority, you may do so in addition to contacting us.
