1. Overview

Pink Slip Racing ("PSR," "we," "us," or "our") provides an online racing ownership simulation available through psrgame.com. Pink Slip Racing operates the service.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and disclosed, and the choices available to you when you use Pink Slip Racing. By accessing or using PSR, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

• Display name, driver name, or username.
• Email address.
• Support messages and other communications.
• Account preferences.
• Information submitted through Alpha registration, sponsorship, feedback, or contact forms.
• Marketplace listings or other content you intentionally submit.
• Any other information you choose to provide.

Technical and usage information

• IP address, browser and device type, and operating system.
• Referring pages, pages and features accessed, and date and time of access.
• Session and authentication events.
• Application errors, performance information, and security or fraud-prevention signals.

3. Google Sign-In

When you use Google to create an account or sign in, we may receive information permitted by the authorization scopes you approve, such as your Google account identifier, name, email address, email-verification status, and profile image.

PSR uses Google Sign-In for authentication. We do not receive or store your Google password. For normal authentication, PSR requests only the basic OpenID Connect identity scopes needed for sign-in: openid, email, and profile.

Google information is used to authenticate you, create or locate your account, display your name or image where appropriate, secure your account, and communicate account-related information. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising profiling, or access Gmail, Drive, contacts, or calendars.

We transfer Google user data only to service providers acting on our behalf, when needed for functionality you request, for security or legal compliance, as part of a business transaction described here, or with your consent. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and maintain secure sessions.
• Operate races, garages, inventories, crates, parts, tracks, and marketplaces.
• Determine and record official game outcomes.
• Process in-game purchases and grants and maintain accounting, transaction, and audit records.
• Provide support and communicate service notices or security alerts.
• Detect unauthorized access, fraud, automation, abuse, or manipulation.
• Enforce our Terms and game rules, diagnose problems, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Gameplay and Digital Asset Records

We create and maintain account identifiers, roles, driver profiles, progression, vehicles, parts, tracks, crates, asset IDs, mint serials, ownership and provenance, race entries and results, timing, vehicle condition, upgrades, garage value, in-game currency ledgers, marketplace activity, rewards, promotions, moderation, and administrative records.

Some records may be public to other players, including driver names, leaderboard positions, public vehicle information, race results, marketplace listings, and public provenance. Screen names take precedence over private identity in public game surfaces.

Records of balances, purchases, grants, sales, transfers, upgrades, repairs, installations, and races may remain after account closure when needed for transaction integrity, fraud prevention, accounting, provenance, race integrity, or protection of other users. Gameplay items and currency are governed by the Terms of Service and remain non-redeemable unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Payments

PSR may offer purchases through third-party providers such as PayPal. Providers process payment credentials under their own terms and privacy policies. PSR generally receives a transaction or order identifier, payment status, amount and currency, purchased package, limited payer or account information supplied by the provider, and refund, dispute, or processing information.

PSR does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. Purchase, entitlement, and gameplay-currency records may be retained for accurate accounting, duplicate-fulfillment prevention, disputes, and legal obligations.

7. Cookies and Sessions

We use cookies, encrypted session cookies, local storage, and similar necessary technologies to authenticate users, maintain sessions, retain preferences, protect accounts, prevent fraud, and keep the application reliable. Google or payment providers may set cookies when their services are used.

Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or service functionality. If PSR introduces non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and implement consent controls required by applicable law.

8. How We Share Information

Service providers may process information on our behalf for cloud hosting, databases, authentication, payment processing, deployment, communications, error logging, security, and performance monitoring. They are authorized to use it only as needed to provide contracted services.

Information intentionally connected to public play may be visible to other users. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect users or PSR, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce policies, or defend legal claims.

Sale, advertising, and business transfers

PSR does not sell personal information for money and does not knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide required controls. Information may transfer in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or asset sale, subject to law.

Third-party links

PSR may link to Google, PayPal, Discord, social platforms, and external community or sponsor sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

9. Data Retention

We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide and secure PSR, maintain game and asset history, complete transactions, meet accounting, tax, legal, and compliance requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent fraud or duplicate transactions.

Retention varies by data type and purpose. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including access controls, authentication protections, encrypted connections, server-side secrets, and restricted administrative permissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your Google account, email, devices, and PSR session, and contact us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; or appeal certain decisions.

Submit requests to admin@psrgame.com with subject PSR Privacy Request. We may verify your identity. We will not expose another user's private information or compromise security.

Account deletion

You may request deletion through the Account Deletion page. Profile information may be removed or anonymized while limited transaction, race, security, accounting, and asset-history records remain when reasonably necessary or legally required.

12. Children's Privacy

Pink Slip Racing is not directed to children under 13, and users under 13 may not create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact admin@psrgame.com.

13. International Users

Pink Slip Racing is operated from the United States. If you access PSR elsewhere, information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where providers operate. Where required, we will use an appropriate legal basis and provide applicable rights.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as PSR evolves or legal, operational, or technical practices change. We will update the Last Updated date and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
