Standard Business License access is $9.99 USD monthly or $99 USD annually. The first 100 successful founder purchases share a $2.99 monthly or $25 annual offer while paid access remains continuous.
Membership choices
Membership opens the current PSR World game features available to the account. PayPal charges real USD and shows the exact recurring price and first billing date before approval. Base checkout shows the exact USDC or ETH amount, treasury, network and quote deadline before the wallet asks for confirmation.
Standard access costs $9.99 USD for one month or $99 USD for one year. PayPal renews; Base payments extend access for one calendar month or year and require a new player-authorized payment for each later term.
First 100 paying founders
The monthly $2.99 and annual $25 founder prices share one inventory of 100 successful first purchases. A pending checkout temporarily reserves a place and the live counter distinguishes paid claims from reservations. An unpaid place returns only after PSR verifies that the provider can no longer complete it.
A founding player keeps that price while paid membership remains continuous. Canceling PayPal stops renewal. Letting access expire ends the founder price; a later purchase uses the then-current standard price. A consumed place is never sold again.
How to cancel or stop renewal
You may cancel a recurring PayPal membership from PSR billing controls or PayPal’s automatic-payment controls. You may also ask for help at admin@psrgame.com. Cancellation stops future charges and normally leaves access through the already-paid term.
PayPal does not permit merchant cancellation while a subscription is still awaiting the player’s approval. If cancellation is requested in that state, PSR retains the request and subscription identity until PayPal reports a terminal state. Do not approve an old PayPal link after asking to cancel it. Base prepayments have no renewal to cancel.
Payment confirmation and saved progress
Provider activation, a browser return, or a wallet prompt alone never grants access. PSR requires a completed PayPal sale or a canonical finalized Base payment matching the exact account, amount, asset and checkout. Duplicate callbacks cannot extend the same term twice.
A lapse does not delete the founder account, companies, property, history or portfolio. Active control pauses under the game’s caretaker rules until paid access resumes.
Fourteen-day Business License refund window
You may request a refund of the most recent $2.99, $25.00, $9.99, or $99.00 Business License payment within fourteen calendar days after it posts. Once approved, the associated paid term ends, the recurring PayPal subscription is canceled, and the account returns to its non-paid state. This window applies to the most recent charge and does not create a right to recover older subscription periods.
Send the request from the account email to admin@psrgame.com with “Business License Refund” in the subject. Include the PSR founder name and PayPal transaction or subscription reference, but never send a PayPal password or full payment credentials.
Existing legacy Pink Slip Arcade Founder’s Grant
For a legacy annual plan that disclosed this benefit before the first-100 offer opened, if neither the PSR account nor the verified PayPal payer has received one, the first verified $25.00 USD annual Business License payment consumes both one-ever eligibility limits and includes one $25,000 simulated Pink Slip Arcade Founder's Grant secured in PSA escrow, subject to the finite in-world PSA reserve being secured before checkout. After the fixed seven-day payment-settlement period, it becomes available for verified in-game delivery to one eligible founder-controlled company. Monthly payments, trials, annual renewals, replays, duplicate events, and later annual subscriptions do not create another grant. A payer whose grant eligibility was already used may still purchase annual Business License access at the disclosed $25.00 USD annual rate without a repeat grant.
The Founder's Grant is a fictional game benefit for one eligible founder-controlled company or launch. It has no cash-out value and creates no interest, repayment, debt, equity, ownership, dividend, return cap, security, deposit, or claim against Pink Slip Arcade, PSR, or the operator.
Any authenticated partial refund, full refund, or reversal during settlement or at any later point before delivery revokes the undelivered award and returns its reserved simulated capacity to PSA. After a settled award is delivered, its simulated value is not silently removed and no repayment or clawback is created; paid access still ends under the refund rules, and the permanently consumed grant eligibility is never restored or issued again.
Incorrect, duplicate, or unauthorized charges
Contact us promptly if a charge is duplicated, incorrect, or unauthorized. We may request enough information to identify the PayPal event and protect the account. Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded. Unauthorized-payment claims may require cooperation with PayPal and may temporarily restrict the associated entitlement while the event is investigated.
Optional one-time purchases
The initial optional catalog consists of the Venture Marks Collection ($1.99), Boardroom Founder Pack ($1.99), World 01 Founding Season Collection ($2.99), After Hours Assistant Style Pack ($3.99), Founding Backer Supporter Collection ($4.99), and Penthouse Theme Collection ($9.99). The authoritative price, included feature, and whether it is account-wide or company-specific are shown again before PayPal approval.
A one-time digital purchase may be canceled and refunded before it is delivered, activated, downloaded, or used. After delivery or activation, it is generally final except when defective, materially different from its description, duplicated, unauthorized, or refundable under applicable law. A company logo is selected during company creation and is not sold as a separate shop item.
A refund, reversal, or successful payment dispute may revoke the associated collection and return any selected presentation option to an included default. Purchased collections never alter gameplay economics.
No undisclosed economic power for sale
Real Business License payments purchase game access; other real payments purchase only the optional feature described at checkout. The only payment-linked simulated capital is the legacy, expressly disclosed one-time Founder's Grant governed by Section 06. New first-100 and standard checkout do not include simulated capital. PSR does not otherwise sell simulated cash, company shares, crypto, bailout funds, loan approval, artificial valuation, rankings, market placement, confidential market information, or immunity from ordinary game consequences. The Founder's Grant is a non-withdrawable fictional benefit, not a conversion of real money into market currency.
Business License billing exemption
Designated PSR administrative, moderation, support, and testing accounts may receive billing-exempt access solely for operating and testing the Service. A billing exemption does not create real ownership, compensation, investment rights, or a transferable benefit and cannot be sold or assigned.
Failed payments and locked access
For an existing legacy PayPal agreement, if PayPal reports a monthly or annual renewal failure for a previously paid, matching subscription, PSR provides one non-extending seven-day payment-retry grace period beginning at PayPal’s failure time. Repeated failures do not restart that clock. Access pauses when the grace period ends unless PayPal verifies payment first. A refund, reversal, security hold, expired subscription, or unrelated suspension may pause access immediately; cancellation does not create a grace period. Account records and legitimate progress are not automatically deleted, and no company asset is seized because of a billing lapse. Open actions may be canceled and companies may enter caretaker mode to protect the shared world while access is inactive.
Price changes
An eligible founding player keeps the $2.99 monthly or $25 annual price while paid membership remains continuous. A lapse ends that price. Price changes do not alter a paid Business License term already in progress. Before a higher renewal price takes effect, we will provide notice through the account email or another legally sufficient method and allow cancellation. Continuing the Business License subscription after the effective renewal date authorizes the updated price shown in the notice, subject to applicable law and PayPal’s approval requirements.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Contact us first when possible so we can investigate and resolve a billing issue. A chargeback or processor dispute may cause PayPal to reverse the entitlement and may temporarily restrict the account while the disputed payment is investigated. We will not restrict legally protected rights or retaliate against a good-faith billing complaint.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Where local law provides a stronger right, that law controls. By asking PSR to begin paid game access immediately after verified payment, you request immediate digital performance; any statutory withdrawal consequences apply only as permitted by your local law.
