Respect other players

• Do not threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, shame, or repeatedly target another person.
• Do not use slurs, hateful conduct, sexual harassment, or content attacking protected characteristics.
• Do not reveal, request, trade, or threaten to reveal another person’s private information.
• Do not impersonate another player, moderator, operator, public figure, or real company.
• Do not encourage self-harm, violence, criminal conduct, or exploitation.

Competitive actions directed at a simulated market, industry, customer segment, or company through available game systems are allowed. Using communications to personally intimidate or organize harassment against the human player is not.

Company Mail and official Discord rules

Company Mail and the official PSR Discord server may be used for legitimate in-world discussion, negotiation, partnership, acquisition, governance, competition, and community participation. They may not be used for:

• Spam, chain messages, mass solicitation, or repetitive unwanted contact.
• Phishing, credential requests, malicious links, malware, or deceptive support messages.
• Real-world investment offers, loans, wagers, securities, crypto sales, account sales, or simulated-asset cash trades.
• Sensitive personal, medical, financial, legal, or government-identification information.
• Commercial advertising unrelated to permitted in-world activity.

Company Mail and official PSR Discord spaces may be moderated and retained as described in the Privacy Policy. They are not confidential or end-to-end encrypted. Do not use reactions, messages, or role labels to falsely imply that an offer, acquisition, trade, contract, or payment was accepted in game.

Company names, tickers, and branding

• Use content you created, licensed, or have permission to use.
• Do not claim affiliation with a real company, government, charity, person, or PSR staff member without authorization.
• Do not use deceptive lookalike tickers, logos, or names intended to confuse market participants.
• Do not submit pornography, graphic violence, hate symbols, illegal content, or malicious files.
• Do not reserve names or tickers primarily to extort, harass, mislead, or block another player.

Custom logo uploads accept genuine PNG and JPEG files only, within the dimensions and size shown by the uploader. Every submission remains private until a human reviewer approves it. Automated image-generation or outside AI-moderation services are not used to decide approval.

Players may report an approved custom logo for hate or extremist content, explicit or graphic material, harassment or impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, exposed personal information or deceptive marks, spam, or another rules violation. Three independent reports temporarily hide the image pending human review; reports do not automatically establish a violation. False, retaliatory, or coordinated reporting is itself prohibited.

PSR may rename, hide, reassign, restore, reject, or remove a brand or ticker to resolve infringement, confusion, impersonation, safety, or integrity concerns. A legacy custom-logo entitlement does not exempt content from moderation. A rejected submission may be corrected and resubmitted through the same owned upload slot.

One player, one economic identity

Unless PSR gives written permission for an operator, moderation, accessibility, or testing purpose, each person may control one player account. You may operate multiple legitimate in-game companies through that account when the game allows it. You may not use family, friends, shared payment identities, disposable emails, or coordinated accounts to create hidden economic control.

Market manipulation is prohibited

You may not use direct or coordinated activity to create a false appearance of demand, value, ownership, liquidity, or performance, including:

• Wash trading, self-trading, circular trading, matched orders, or coordinated price pumping.
• Transferring value through deliberately unfair acquisitions, salaries, dividends, contracts, loans, asset sales, or bankruptcy.
• Using connected accounts to manufacture grants, startup eligibility, referral benefits, trial access, votes, or rankings.
• Trading on information obtained through unauthorized access, exploits, or improperly shared operator information.
• Publishing deceptive player messages designed to mimic system-generated market news or official disclosures.

Strong negotiation, speculation, competitive pricing, acquisitions, short-term trading, and taking advantage of legitimately available information are allowed when performed through intended game systems.

No automation or unauthorized clients

Do not use bots, macros, scripts, headless browsers, packet tools, automated trading, scrapers, injected code, modified clients, or unattended systems to act for an account unless PSR provides the feature or gives written permission. Accessibility tools that do not automate decisions or create an advantage are allowed.

Bugs, exploits, and security testing

Do not knowingly exploit, conceal, publish, or teach others to abuse a bug, duplication method, security flaw, or unintended economic loop. Stop using the affected feature and report the issue to admin@psrgame.com. Do not access data or accounts that are not yours, disrupt service, or conduct destructive testing. A report does not authorize continued exploitation.

No real-money trading or solicitation

Accounts, companies, simulated currency, shares, crypto, debt, votes, market positions, grants, and services may not be sold, rented, pledged, wagered, or exchanged for real money, cryptocurrency, goods, favors, or outside consideration. Do not solicit another player to invest in a real business or financial product through PSR Game.

Competitive integrity and conflicts

Operator and system companies may participate under disclosed simulation rules. Staff, contractors, moderators, and authorized test accounts must not use nonpublic operator data to benefit a personal player company. Administrative actions must be separated from gameplay records and may be audited. The founder billing exemption does not provide simulated money or immunity from gameplay rules.

Reporting violations

Report suspected abuse to admin@psrgame.com with the relevant founder name, company, ticker, message, approximate date, and a concise description. Do not conduct your own intrusion, publish personal information, organize retaliation, or knowingly submit false reports.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, history, intent, and risk, PSR may warn, mute, rate-limit, remove content, rename a company, cancel or reverse simulated transactions, quarantine holdings, restrict trading, disqualify rankings, suspend features, suspend the account, or permanently close it. Serious threats, fraud, exploitation, or security attacks may be referred to providers or authorities.

Market-integrity remedies are intended to restore the world rather than reward violators. We may withhold detection details that would make evasion easier.

Appeals

You may appeal a material enforcement action by emailing admin@psrgame.com with “Enforcement Appeal” in the subject. Identify the account and action, explain why it should be reconsidered, and include relevant evidence. Repetitive, abusive, or fraudulent appeals may be closed without further response.
