These routes work without signing in or linking Discord. Choose the closest category and email the official PSR inbox directly. Support requests are not handled in public Discord channels.
Account access
Use this when sign-in, email verification, account recovery, Discord linking, or verified-player access prevents you from reaching the game.
Helpful details: Include your company name or ticker, the email already associated with the account, the exact error, and when it happened.

Use this for a Business License, Founder's Rate, PayPal confirmation, duplicate charge, cancellation, refund, or entitlement mismatch.
Helpful details: Include the PayPal transaction or subscription ID, charge date and amount, and your PSR account email. Do not send payment credentials.

Privately report harassment, threats, impersonation, scams, malicious links, ban evasion, or other conduct involving the game or official PSR Discord.
Helpful details: Include the relevant company or Discord name, message link or location, approximate time, and a concise description. Preserve evidence without confronting the user.

Privately report a broken game action, unintended economic loop, data exposure, duplication method, or security concern. Stop using or testing an exploit after discovery.
Helpful details: Include the affected screen or action, expected and observed result, approximate time, and the minimum detail needed to investigate. Do not access anyone else's data.

Keep sensitive details out of public channels.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, OAuth access or refresh tokens, full card or bank details, full PayPal credentials, or unnecessary identity documents.
Do not post account details, payment evidence, abuse evidence, exploit instructions, or security findings in Discord, Company Mail, social media, or another public or player-visible space. Email them directly to the official inbox instead.
