PSR Game is a fictional game intended for entertainment. Although gameplay may use realistic business vocabulary, accounting concepts, charts, market mechanics, contracts, portfolio tools, corporate structures, bankruptcy systems, or economic events, the Service is not a professional simulator certified for real-world decision-making.

Not financial, investment, or trading advice

Nothing in PSR Game constitutes financial, investment, securities, banking, brokerage, lending, cryptocurrency, or trading advice. Market prices, order books, assets, tickers, charts, returns, dividends, indices, and news are fictional or generated for gameplay. Do not use them to decide whether to buy, sell, hold, borrow, lend, or invest real money.

Not business, legal, tax, or accounting advice

Gameplay choices involving entity formation, contracts, employment, financing, taxes, intellectual property, insolvency, compliance, acquisitions, or corporate governance are simplified fictional mechanics. They are not legal, tax, accounting, employment, or business advice and do not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship.

Consult qualified professionals before applying any concept to an actual person, company, investment, contract, tax filing, or legal matter.

Closed simulated economy

Optional PSR company ERC-721 tokens on Base are separately identifiable blockchain assets. They identify game companies but do not convert the company’s simulated finances into real-world assets, equity, dividends or redemption rights. PSR sponsors company minting gas. Public metadata is dated game information, and an external marketplace may display a cached version.

All PSR World currency, companies, shares, debt, assets, crypto, securities, treasuries, valuations, profits, losses, dividends, grants, preferred interests, market capitalization, and net worth are simulated. They have no monetary value outside the Service, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed, and do not represent property, legal ownership, a deposit, a security, or a claim against NyFTee.com.

PSA and founder investment language

Pink Slip Arcade may be represented as PSA, a distinct in-world commercial bank and founding financial backer. New player companies never issue PSA shares. The prospective NPC-niche rule requires an exact simulated 2.5% PSA subscription and persistent named NPC owner(s) holding the other 97.5%; an anonymous system reserve is not an owner or controller. PSA does not own, operate, create, or control PSR Game, and it is separate from the world’s neutral clearing authority. Some earlier PayPal agreements include a one-time simulated PSA Founder's Grant under their original terms. Current standard and first-100 memberships do not include that legacy grant. Membership never buys profit participation, voting rights, or any real interest in Pink Slip Arcade, PSR Game, NyFTee.com, or another company. “Grant,” “investment,” “preferred stake,” “return,” and similar terms describe gameplay only.

Fictional companies and editorial content

Unless clearly identified otherwise, companies, executives, transactions, magazine covers, news articles, market events, products, employees, and storylines presented in PSR World are fictional. Similarity to a real person, company, ticker, event, or security may be coincidental. Some operator-owned brands may appear in a fictionalized in-world role; their simulated statements and performance are not real-world disclosures.

Player-created names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective creators or rights holders and do not imply PSR endorsement.

Automated systems and changing outcomes

System-controlled companies, market activity, liquidity, stories, and economic events may operate automatically. Simulated data may be delayed, corrected, rebalanced, reversed, paused, or reset for integrity, maintenance, or game-design reasons. Past simulated performance does not predict future gameplay or real-world performance.

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee that a player will achieve a particular ranking, valuation, profit, achievement, acquisition, IPO, recovery, or ending. The Service may include randomness, incomplete information, competition, satire, and decisions with intentionally adverse consequences. A Business License or optional purchase does not guarantee success.

Satire and mature themes

PSR Game may use exaggerated satire, dark humor, fictional failure, bankruptcy, lawsuits, unethical behavior, job loss, relationship strain, addiction references, illness, aging, or death as narrative material. Presentation of an action or viewpoint does not endorse it. Player discretion is advised.

Third-party services and links

References or links to PayPal, Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase, Resend, or other services do not make PSR responsible for their independent systems, statements, availability, security, or policies. Review third-party terms before using their services. External links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement unless expressly stated.
