Pink Slip Arcade is competitive, but competition never excuses abuse, cheating, fraud, or manipulation.

1. Scope

Pink Slip Arcade is one connected interactive platform. Its website, account system, economy, marketplace, applications, digital assets, events, and all current or future games are collectively the Platform. Street Heat, Passive Lanes, Street Story, and every other playable experience are Game Modes of that Platform, not separate services.

These standards apply to gameplay, accounts, profiles, usernames, chat, messages, uploads, live events, marketplaces, wallet-linked activity, official communities, support, and conduct outside the Platform when it creates a credible safety or integrity risk inside the Platform.

2. Respect and Safety

Do not:

Threaten, harass, stalk, bully, sexually harass, or encourage violence or self-harm.
Attack or exclude people using slurs or hateful conduct based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or another protected characteristic.
Share private information, dox, swat, blackmail, extort, impersonate, or coordinate targeted abuse.
Post sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, graphic unlawful violence, or content that exploits a vulnerable person.
Evade the 18+ rule or help a minor access the Platform.

3. Fair Play

Do not gain or distribute an unfair advantage through:

Cheats, bots, macros, scripts, unauthorized automation, modified clients, memory tools, packet manipulation, prohibited overlays, input spoofing, or device manipulation.
Exploits, item duplication, reward loops, map escapes, timing manipulation, intentional disconnects, or failure to report a severe economy or security defect.
Account sharing, boosting, win trading, smurfing used to evade restrictions, multi-account farming, collusion, ghosting, stream sniping, bracket manipulation, or match fixing.
False evidence, tampered screenshots, fabricated transactions, or interference with anti-cheat and telemetry.

4. Marketplace and Web3 Integrity

Do not:

Scam, phish, impersonate staff, request private keys or seed phrases, distribute malicious links, or make false wallet-support claims.
Wash trade, self-deal deceptively, spoof demand, manipulate prices or rewards, counterfeit collections, list stolen assets, launder proceeds, or evade sanctions screening.
Misrepresent rarity, provenance, stats, licenses, utility, official contract addresses, or expected returns.
Use off-platform payment or escrow arrangements to bypass safety controls or deceive another player.

5. Content and Communications

Usernames, posts, uploads, voice or text, and creator content must be lawful and rights-cleared. No spam, malware, piracy, fraudulent promotion, unauthorized advertising, misleading endorsements, or disruption. Criticism, rivalry, and competitive banter are allowed when they do not cross into targeted abuse or threats.

6. Security Research and Bug Reports

Do not test production systems without authorization. Send a good-faith report to admin@psrgame.com with reproduction steps and avoid accessing unnecessary data, causing harm, extorting payment, or publicly disclosing an unpatched issue. Company may publish a separate safe-harbor policy for authorized research.

7. Reporting

Use in-Platform reporting for urgent content, cheating, or fraud and preserve relevant usernames, match IDs, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, dates, and evidence. Do not weaponize reports, encourage mass false reporting, or retaliate against reporters. Emergencies and credible threats should also be reported to local emergency services.

8. Enforcement

Depending on severity, history, evidence, and risk, Company may educate, warn, mute, remove content, invalidate a result, reverse an unfinalized reward, restrict trading or matchmaking, temporarily suspend, permanently ban, block a wallet from Platform functions, preserve evidence, or refer a matter to a provider or authority.

Severe fraud, threats, exploitation, sanctions evasion, malware, account compromise, or attacks may result in immediate action. Enforcement does not require Company to alter or seize a self-custodied public-chain asset.

9. Notice and Appeals

Where practicable, a notice will identify the violated rule, action, duration, and appeal method without revealing detection methods or another person's private data. You may appeal a material suspension, permanent ban, or major reward decision within 14 days. Provide specific facts and new evidence.

A reviewer not responsible for the original decision will assess significant appeals where practicable. Outcomes may affirm, reduce, reverse, or remand the action. Repeated abusive appeals may be closed.

10. Transparency and Legal Requests

Company may publish aggregate moderation and enforcement information. We respond to valid legal process and may make emergency disclosures where law permits and an imminent risk exists. We will not disclose private reporter information merely to satisfy another user's curiosity.
