License grant
NyFTee Original LLC grants eligible users a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the PSR software and available content for lawful personal entertainment, subject to this EULA and the Terms of Service. No intellectual-property ownership is transferred.
Virtual cards and cosmetics
A virtual card, level, finish, pack, or cosmetic represents permission to use that content within PSR under the applicable rules. It does not grant copyright, commercial reproduction rights, a physical item, monetary value, or a right to exchange it for cash.
Preview reveals do not create owned inventory. The selected free starter is permanent within the account, nontransferable, and nonmergeable. Eligible purchased and earned copies remain separate. “Permanent” means no scheduled expiration while the account and service remain available, subject to lawful termination and required remedies.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may access ordinary gameplay and use in-product features as intended. You may share your own gameplay screenshots or recordings for commentary and community participation, provided you do not misrepresent them as official, disclose another person’s private information, or distribute standalone game assets.
Eligible in-game cards and sealed packs may change hands only through supported game features under the Marketplace Rules. Do not sublicense, redistribute, extract for resale, or otherwise commercially exploit the software or artwork without written permission. Do not bypass access controls, use cheats, tamper with authoritative game data, or create unauthorized clients. Restrictions on reverse engineering do not apply where applicable law expressly permits it despite this agreement. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
Updates and operation
PSR is an online service. Supported browsers, connectivity, and software updates may be necessary. Balancing may alter card abilities or progression, and features may be added, changed, or withdrawn. We will respect mandatory remedies and notice obligations when changes affect purchased content.
Termination
This license ends if you close your account or we lawfully terminate access for a material violation. You must then stop using content you no longer have permission to access. Any rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain available. Terms intended to survive, including intellectual-property protections, continue to apply.
