This Policy explains browser storage, pixels, local storage, SDKs, and similar technology used by Pink Slip Arcade.

1. Scope

Pink Slip Arcade is one connected interactive platform. Its website, account system, economy, marketplace, applications, digital assets, events, and all current or future games are collectively the Platform. Street Heat, Passive Lanes, Street Story, and every other playable experience are Game Modes of that Platform, not separate services.

This Cookie Policy is part of the Privacy Policy and applies to websites, web applications, and Software that use browser storage or similar identifiers.

2. What These Technologies Do

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Local storage, pixels, tags, and software development kits can perform similar functions. They may remember a session, preserve preferences, measure performance, prevent fraud, or support features requested by you.

3. Categories We Use

Technology may fall into these categories:

The live registry is operational information and may change as vendors change without altering the legal commitments in this Policy.

Where required, Pink Slip Arcade honors Global Privacy Control or another legally recognized opt-out preference signal for sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

6. Typical Durations

Session technology normally expires when the browser or session closes. Persistent authentication and preference technology is generally kept for up to 12 months, consent records for up to 24 months or as needed to prove choice, and analytics identifiers for up to 13 months, unless the live registry states a shorter period or law requires another period.

7. Browser and Device Choices

You may delete or block cookies using browser settings, reset device identifiers, or limit tracking through device controls. Blocking strictly necessary technology may prevent login, wallet connection, purchases, or gameplay. Choices are generally browser- and device-specific.

8. Third Parties

Independent services such as payment processors, embedded media, wallets, marketplaces, or social features may place technology under their own policies when you use them. We require contracted processors to use data only for authorized purposes, but independent controllers manage their own choices and retention.
