Your agreement with us
These terms form an agreement between you and NyFTee Original LLC. By affirmatively accepting these terms when creating or accessing your account, you agree to them and the EULA. Eligibility and availability
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement under the law that applies to you. You must provide accurate account information and comply with applicable law. Services and paid products are offered only in locations where we support them and their use or sale is lawful. Payment-provider availability does not guarantee product availability. Do not circumvent location restrictions.
Faultline checkout and owned card records are offered through the shop. Live AI matches, online multiplayer, one permanent starter choice, verified CORE win rewards, and eligible card merging are available. Local practice and free pack openings grant no owned cards. Buying cards does not promise a launch date for additional unfinished features.
Your account
Keep your email and sign-in provider secure. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account, impersonate another person, or access an account without authorization. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize; nothing here removes rights you have concerning unauthorized transactions or our own failures.
Fair use and conduct
Do not cheat, automate play without permission, exploit vulnerabilities for advantage, disrupt services, manipulate results, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or distribute unlawful content. Report security issues privately to our contact email. The Community Rules provide additional conduct guidance.
Game content and changes
PSR content is licensed, not sold. We or our licensors retain rights in the game, artwork, software, names, and other materials. You may use the service and licensed content for personal entertainment as allowed by the EULA.
Card text, balance, levels, rules, and features may change as the game develops. Regular and Foil versions have the same gameplay at the same level. Planned ranked play uses actual owned levels, so paid progression may affect competitive strength. We do not promise equal competitive power, a particular rank, investment returns, resale value, or perpetual availability. Changes to paid content remain subject to your mandatory consumer rights.
Purchases and virtual items
The checkout offer and Purchase & Refund Policy govern primary PSR purchases. Eligible cards and sealed packs may be traded through the Exchange under the Marketplace Rules at psrgame.com/legal/marketplace. Buyers pay sellers directly in supported cryptocurrency and PSR receives a 3% fee. PSR holds no customer money balances. Virtual items remain game-use licenses and confer no ownership of artwork.
Suspension, closure, and complaints
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, material violations, security threats, or legal obligations. Where practical and legally permitted, we will give the reason and a way to request review. Contact us to appeal an action or close your account. Suspension or closure does not eliminate any refund or other remedy required by law.
Service limitations and liability
Development previews may contain errors, be interrupted, lose preview progress, or change. To the extent permitted by law, previews are provided as available without promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will use reasonable care in providing the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where it cannot lawfully be limited, or any mandatory consumer protection.
Applicable law and disputes
Arizona law governs this agreement except where mandatory law in your place of residence applies. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes; this term does not remove any mandatory right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction. Contact us first if you would like to seek an informal resolution. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
Changes and interpretation
We may update these terms for service, legal, or security changes. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and obtain renewed acceptance where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
