These master rules apply across all Game Modes. An Event Card supplies the dates, scoring, entry method, reward, and other event-specific facts without requiring a new platform agreement.
1. Scope
Pink Slip Arcade is one connected interactive platform. Its website, account system, economy, marketplace, applications, digital assets, events, and all current or future games are collectively the Platform. Street Heat, Passive Lanes, Street Story, and every other playable experience are Game Modes of that Platform, not separate services.
These Rules apply to Company-operated skill competitions, races, brackets, leaderboards, challenges, drops, reward campaigns, and chance-based promotions. They do not authorize a feature that is unlawful in a participant's location.
2. Event Card
Each event must display or link an Event Card before entry. The Event Card states the sponsor, Game Mode, eligibility, start and end time with time zone, entry method and limit, any cost, format, scoring, tie-breakers, reward description and approximate value, claim deadline, winner selection, and material geographic restrictions.
The Event Card controls only those operational facts. These master Rules, Platform Terms, and specialized policies control legal rights. If an Event Card is materially incomplete, Company may pause entry until corrected.
3. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18, have an account in good standing, satisfy the Event Card, complete required verification, and be located where the event is lawful. Company personnel, contractors working on the event, and their immediate household members may be excluded where stated or required.
Company may exclude jurisdictions, wallets, payment methods, or persons due to sanctions, prize, tax, gaming, consumer, or other legal restrictions. VPN or location spoofing to evade restrictions is prohibited.
4. Skill Competitions
A skill competition is determined by disclosed gameplay performance, not a random drawing. The Event Card must explain scoring and tie-breakers. Connection quality, device capability, latency, and player decisions may affect results. Unless a verified error exists, authoritative server and blockchain records control.
No player may bet against the house or another player through an unauthorized wager. A paid-entry prize competition will be offered only after Company confirms it is lawful in the participant's location and displays all required terms.
5. Chance-Based Promotions and Giveaways
A chance-based promotion must state "NO PURCHASE NECESSARY" and provide a free alternative method of entry where required. A purchase will not improve odds unless lawfully permitted and clearly disclosed. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries unless the Event Card states fixed odds.
The Event Card must provide entry dates, limits, random selection method, reward value, verification, and any legally required registration or bonding information. Void where prohibited. A social-media platform does not sponsor a promotion unless expressly stated.
6. Entries and Technical Requirements
Entries must be complete, timely, genuine, and submitted through the stated method. Automated, scripted, duplicated, purchased, bulk-generated, collusive, or fraudulent entries are void. Company timestamps and server records determine receipt. Participants are responsible for compatible devices and connectivity.
7. Fair Play and Integrity
Participants may not:
- Use cheats, bots, macros, unauthorized automation, exploits, prohibited hardware or software, account sharing, smurfing, collusion, intentional disconnection, match fixing, or result manipulation.
- Trade wins, coordinate bracket outcomes, harass opponents, interfere with streams, obtain nonpublic event information, or bribe another participant.
- Use multiple accounts or wallets to evade limits, sanctions, eligibility, skill tiers, cooldowns, or reward caps.
- Manipulate marketplaces or token activity to create a false appearance of eligibility, value, or activity.
8. Errors, Disconnects, and Replays
The Event Card may state disconnect and replay rules. Company may order a replay, restore entry, adjust a clearly erroneous score, or void an affected match when a verified server, contract, scoring, or integrity failure materially affected results. Ordinary player-side lag, device failure, or input error does not automatically require a replay.
If a widespread failure makes fair completion impossible, Company may pause, reschedule, modify, or cancel the affected event and provide a reasonable remedy consistent with law.
9. Rewards and Winner Verification
Rewards are subject to verification of identity, age, location, account, wallet control, fair play, sanctions status, tax information, and compliance with these Rules. A potential winner is not final until verified. Failure to respond or complete documents by the claim deadline may cause forfeiture and selection of an alternate.
Company may substitute a reward of equal or greater stated value if the original becomes unavailable, unless law prohibits substitution. Digital Asset values are approximate, can change rapidly, and are not guaranteed at delivery or later. Rewards are non-transferable before award unless the Event Card allows transfer.
10. Taxes and Publicity
Winners are responsible for taxes and may be required to provide tax forms. Company may report or withhold as required. Where lawful, a winner grants Company permission to publish username, country or region, gameplay, and reward for event administration and promotion. Mandatory consent or an opt-out will be provided where required.
11. Enforcement and Appeals
Company may disqualify an entry, reverse an unfinalized reward, suspend an account, or refer misconduct under the Community Standards. Material decisions may be appealed within 14 days through the event support channel or admin@psrgame.com. Evidence must be preserved during review. Fraudulent or abusive appeals may be closed.
12. Cancellation and Force Majeure
Company may modify, suspend, or cancel an event when fraud, attack, technical failure, legal change, disaster, war, labor disruption, network outage, or another event beyond reasonable control prevents fair or lawful administration. Company will not reduce a finally delivered on-chain reward, but may provide substitution or refund required by law.
13. Release and Disputes
To the extent permitted by law, participants release Company and event partners from claims arising from participation or reward use, except claims caused by their negligence, willful misconduct, or non-waivable duties. The Platform Terms' liability, arbitration, class-waiver, governing-law, and mandatory-rights clauses apply.
