THE EXCHANGE / MARKETPLACE RULES
Player marketplace.
Effective September 24, 2026. These rules supplement the PSR account terms for player-to-player listings, purchases, and gifts.
Listings and ownership
Sellers choose a fixed USD asking price. Listing is free. Eligible earned CORE cards, Faultline cards, and sealed packs may be listed. Founder and complimentary packs have the same marketplace eligibility as purchased packs. Free starter copies remain bound to their original player. A listed or reserved asset cannot be used for a new match, merged, opened, or transferred elsewhere. Unreserved listings may be removed without a listing charge.
Direct wallet payments
The buyer chooses an available currency and its displayed network. Checkout quotes the exact crypto amount before signing. The seller receives 97% of the sale amount directly, and the designated PSR receive wallet receives a 3% fee. Network fees are separate, paid by the buyer, and displayed by the signing wallet. PSR does not hold customer money balances or seller proceeds. Each seller is responsible for entering the correct receive address. Changing it does not alter a payment already reserved.
Confirmation and delivery
Ownership changes only after the complete payment has been verified on the required network. Confirmation is not instant. Interrupted checkouts remain recoverable from Activity; contact support with the order reference before sending another payment. Payment authorizations have network-specific lifetimes. In particular, a signed Bitcoin payment cannot be cancelled by closing the browser or letting a quote timer expire; a confirmed conflicting spend may be required. Do not pay an address separately from the prepared checkout.
Gifts
Direct gifts have no payment and no PSR fee. The recipient has seven days to accept. Until acceptance, the sender can cancel; the recipient can decline. Never use a gift as proof that PSR collected a payment. PSR cannot verify a separate off-platform transaction.
Packs and original purchase receipts
New PSR packs cost $9.99 USD each, payable through PayPal or the displayed equivalent in ETH, USDC, POL, BTC, or SOL through the shop. Sealed packs can be held, opened, or resold. Opening creates the seven-card result once and permanently consumes that sealed pack. An opened pack cannot be resealed. Replaying the opening does not change its contents. Resale preserves edition supply and original purchase provenance.
Disputes and refunds
Contact admin@psrgame.com with the PSR order reference and transaction ID if payment or delivery fails. Do not send private keys or seed phrases. Because the seller receives funds directly, PSR cannot reverse the seller's blockchain payment; a return of seller proceeds requires that seller's cooperation or another applicable remedy. PSR can return its own fee. Network fees may be unrecoverable. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. Original PayPal disputes are reviewed separately; completed secondary purchases are preserved while the original payment is investigated.
Fair dealing
List only your own eligible assets. Do not misrepresent card levels or contents, manipulate sales, bypass fees through disguised paid gifts, or use compromised accounts or wallets. PSR may restrict new market activity and investigate disputed assets while preserving payment records. Card balance and game rules may change. A marketplace listing does not guarantee a buyer, resale value, or financial return.
Marketplace data
Public listings display player aliases and asset details. Participants receive payment destination and transaction information needed for settlement. Wallet addresses and transactions may be public on their respective blockchains. PSR records listings, ownership changes, gifts, fee amounts, and payment references for delivery, recovery, support, and accounting. Email addresses are not public seller identities.
